Soonr helps you and your partner stay organized and supported while trying to conceive. Some features are always free, and a Premium subscription unlocks the full experience, including detailed logging, daily routines, and shared couple tools.
This article explains what is free, what Premium unlocks, and how to start, manage, or cancel your subscription.
What's Free
You can use the following features without a subscription:
- Hormone testing with the device: Run hormone tests using Soonr's Surearly SMART device and view your results in the app, free of charge.
- Period logging: Record and review your period at no cost.
These features stay free even after a trial or subscription ends.
What Premium Unlocks
A Premium subscription opens the full Soonr experience. Features are grouped by category below.
Calendar
- Full calendar view with your complete cycle and logging history.
Detailed Logs
- Basal body temperature (BBT)
- Weight
- Cervical mucus
- Intercourse
Daily Routine
- Supplement tracking
- Workout tracking
- Meal tracking
- Don'ts (habits to avoid)
Rewards
- Orb and Exchange Points, earned as you stay consistent with your routine.
Couple Connection
- Full couple connection, so you and your partner can follow the journey together.
Plans
Soonr Premium is available with the following options:
- 7-day free trial: Try all Premium features at no cost. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Monthly plan: Billed once a month.
- Yearly plan: Billed once a year.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue on the plan you selected, and billing will begin.
How to Subscribe & Manage
Subscriptions are processed through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android.
To start a subscription
- Open the Soonr app.
- Go to the subscription screen.
- Choose your plan and confirm the purchase through your app store account.
To manage or cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Soonr and follow the steps to change or cancel.
To manage or cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Soonr and follow the steps to change or cancel.
Because billing is handled by the app stores, cancellations and refunds follow the policies of the App Store and Google Play. To avoid the next charge, please cancel before your trial or renewal date.
About Surearly SMART Device
Soonr's Surearly SMART device lets you run hormone tests at home and see your results in the app. Hormone testing with the device is free to use, and it does not require a Premium subscription.
