Where can I find the Lot number?
The Lot number (LOT) is printed on the outer box of the test sticks. Look for the word "LOT" or "Lot No." near the QR code or under the barcode. Be sure to check this before throwing the box away.
I have several test stick boxes. Can I register any of them?
No, each test stick has its own unique Lot number. This number is used to interpret your results accurately. Always register the Lot number from the box that contains the stick you're using right now. Using a previously registered box could lead to incorrect or missing results.
Which QR code should I scan?
Most boxes have two QR codes, one for the Lot number and one for the UDI (medical device code). Don't worry. Whichever QR code you scan, the Lot number will be recognized automatically.
I threw away the box and can't find the Lot number.
That's okay, even if the box is gone. You can find the Lot number on the individual foil pouch of the test stick. Look for "LOT" on the silver or white packaging, then enter the number manually.

If you see an error after scanning, the test stick might be expired. Expired sticks may not give accurate results, so they can't be registered. Please use a different test stick.
