Can I move away from the device during the test?
During the test, your phone must stay connected to the device via Bluetooth. If you move too far away or go into another room, the connection may be lost. Please stay near the device until the test is complete.
Can I read the result with my eyes?
No. This test is designed to be read digitally through the Surearly SMART device and app. Visually checking the lines on the stick may not be accurate and is not recommended. Always check your result on the device screen or in the app.
What should I do if the connection is lost during the test?
If the connection is lost temporarily, the app will try to reconnect automatically. If it doesn't reconnect or the test is interrupted, follow the instructions on the app to remove the stick and restart the test with a new one.
